JEE Main is a test for Engineering entrance all over India. Recently NTA (National Test Agency) took responsibility for this test and became authored from India government.
Few years ago JEE Main test was a offline exam. Now It turned to a online exam. Students go to any Information Technology center or high class universities/colleges to give this test via computer.

Basically computers with i3/i5 processor are mainly used for all of the students for no hanging. Very fast LAN (Local Area Network) is used for high speed data transmission from the Admin panel of NIT. Data transmission speed- 5-7 MB/S.
NTA authorization totally control every student's computer system in same time all over India in same time. No one can hack data because they use Linux operating system that is high secured.
They ready a test program using Java Script and VB .net. Sometime use C++ language and compile with a login screen which is contained with application number and password. Every student's system open with different application no. which is given from NTA JEE Main official website after fill up the examination form. Password is generally the student's date of birth followed by DD-MM-YYYY.
The system is developed with simply Quiz type coding full of IF THEN statement.
Suppose, you have ticked on option A but the answer would be option B, then they coded it as like,
